Wrong. If we are talking Amtrak. They are the Philly proles heading up to Boston for reasons nobody really understands. If you don't get on at DC, you are fucked.
This is what str8 should do, and it depends on how his fan ripping off/online gambling habit is going. Fly to JFK at an odd time (redeye?) and book a car. It will cost str8, but nothing says West side gangsta pimp to the poor schmucks in investment banking like arriving in a chauffeur driven towncar.
Otherwise, its a cab to GCS and then metro north to New Haven. Don't go near Penn. Totally unnecessary little slice of hell.
