Thanks for the deference, but I've never intentionally slimmed down. It usually just happens. I'll drop way down right before taper (b/c I'm at peak mileage), but I'm back to normal two weeks after the race. I frequently eat entire large pizzas during peak mileage time. And then I have a bowl of ice cream. RP is probably just understanding how enjoyable this can be.
