I kinda agree with your direction of thinking. Perhaps four weeks worth of Michael Bolton or Stevie Wonder would do the trick. Maybe they could do the theme song from Titanic on continuous replay.
I remember some of the psychological analysis of this as it was happening. The "experts" were making much of the fact that Noriega was supposedly a big fan of both classical and opera. As such, it was argued that he could easily appreciate most any genres of music and could possibly withstand the PsyOps for any number of weeks.
Personally, I got a bigger kick out of the PsyOps stuff they pulled at the Waco compound - complete with animal sounds (cows, elephants, chickens) at all hours of the night.
