Sweetie, they had a trial. The factfinder listened to the evidence and found that her wishes were clear. You just don't agree with the results -- kinda like the way that the manager of the East Jesus Piggly-Wiggly keeps telling me that he
knows that the guy in the overnight cleaning crew was playing chair hockey when he hurt his back, but the worker's comp judge found that he was hurt while lifting a mop bucket.
