Didn't open it after all -- we hadn't finished that claret. Tonight we opened a (screw top!) bottle of Ca' del Solo Big House Red (a Bonny Doon production) to accompany some take-out BBQ ribs, but it couldn't keep up with the sauce -- we had to switch to beer.
