Without question a the 2nd Amendment. While I could care less if some commies or jihadists like Rachel Corrie want to burn the flag and I think it would be unAmerican to pass an amendment banning same, my firearms keep me safe when they come for my property or my person. A glock in the nightstand can keep my family safe and ensure my ability to enjoy my civil liberties.
