Second amendment, no doubt. A flag burning statute is idiotic, but that's not to say I won't punch the first motherfucker I see burning a flag in public if it in any way appears to be upsetting anyone present who has more reason to be emotional about it (e.g., elderly veterans etc). And in my town, my friends and family in uniform will gladly join in stomping arsonists before arresting them for arson.
I don't even own guns, but the idea that I never could in this country is scary as all hell. I would be too afraid to ever badmouth Clinton or a Kennedy again.
