the world wasa safer cleaner place when Nixon left office due to what nixon did (EPA- open doors to China). The same isn't true of clinton. He ignored al Queda and his only real enviromental achievment was inacting a iodine limit on drinking water. of course the limit couldn't be met and he didn't put it in place until his last week in office, but still it was something.
