Anyone who says he did not heed the warnings is ignorant, and should try reading some of the accounts of what happened. Anyone who reads those accounts will not say that Clinton did everything he could under the circumstances. He could have done more. Though judging the man by what we know after 9/11 is holding him to a standard that the same people are unwilling to apply to Bush. This stuff was a priority with Clinton; it wasn't with Bush until after 9/11.
