This isn't a wonderful sentiment. It is this type of thinking that creates the situation we live in. Peace is not the ultimate good. Peace without human rights is like having a beautiful house in the middle of the Antartica (without heating). You don't work for peace. You work for other stuff and Peace is a good by product of those achievements. Peace movements made WWII a thousand times worse than it had to be. You work to promote Justice. And if justice is achieved you will get peace. When was the last time a "peace movement" accomplished anything positive.
