Why respond to him? He is in Jonestown. He'll defend ANYTHING this administration does, no matter how illegal or repugnant. I'm actually embarassed that he's a lawyer, since he's clearly lost the ability to think for himself. I frequently have reasonable arguments with my friends who voted in this administration (many of them Milton Friedman clones), and every single one of them is capable of pointing out mistakes in this administration's judgment and policy. Why? Because they are intelligent enough to at least attempt to observe situations objectively.
