You only say that b/c your boy is the one blowing it out of his ass. Relatively and historically, it's no bigger a fart than any we've had in the history of our country. Statistically, it's just a run-of-the-mill fart for government. Every administration has farts of this size. Every president since Washington has kept people alive that otherwise wouldn't be, or provided new rights and liberties to people who otherwise wouldn't have them.
