what I find strange about this post is the election, by anotherwise intelligent thoughtful person, albeit a demo, to try to marginalize the fact that one his political party's leading lights is a virulent and long standing racist. If I were a demo, I would be throwing up on myself on a daily basis due to the disgust I would have associating with an organization that openly flaunts a klansman as a hallowed icon.
And that is not even getting to the fact that its other leading light is an abusive sexist drunk killer of young women. Or the de facto head of the organization is a rapist and felonious perjurer.
Yuk. I need to go take a sponge bath.
