So your position is that shit, everyone KNEW that she was CIA at the time, so the statute couldn't apply, right?
Which means that Fitzgerald has been pissing in the wind for the last couple of years, has jailed a reporter for no good reason, and convinced multiple layers of appeals court judges to agree with him on doing so.
Strikes me as somewhat improbable, but I give you points for spunk. We'll see what the results of the grand jury investigation are, which I'm hoping will come to fruition about 12-14 months from now.
