THat is a correct usage of "Ping! Pow!, if not taken literally, which is either defined as a Slave Victory Cry or a "burn on you, deli fraternity" putdown. In Queens and Jersey, it can be used to say both "hello" and "goodbye". Coming from an intellect like you, its just poetry.
