Is Rick Astley Canadian? I seem to remember that he is, but others have told me he's English. I was able to find this, that seemed to prove us all right:
"Rick Astley was born, raised and educated as an Electrical Engineer in southern England. He later moved to Canada, first to Quebec and then to Ontario and became a citizen of that country."
However, it's the wrong Rick Astley.
