Second emergency treatment in 2 months for judge, who has cancer.
WASHINGTON - Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist was taken to the hospital with a fever Thursday, the second emergency treatment for the ailing 80-year-old justice in two months.
He would be my first "hit" if it happens.
