I suggested before, cook up some Serbian food and bring it to her home.
MUCH better than stalking her at her place of work. She will be looking to behave properly at work. If you strike a chord, you want her to feel free to jump your bones. Also, with the food, you have an ice-breaker. And at work, she has all kinds of potential "security" to put between you and her ("have the receptionist put him in room 36D and I'll be there in a few hours"). At home, what, a roommate, maybe 2?
