For example: One woman saw an essay topic about landlord -tenant issues but she said she couldn't exactly recall the differences between tenants in common and tenants in the entirety, so she left all discussions of those issues out. Good Idea???
Here it would be: This guy couldn't get a woman to call him back or commit to any firm plans, so he showed up at her place of work and started flinging around ultimatums. Good Idea???

If some chick showed up at my place of work, flinging ultimatums or not, I would freak the fuck out. Unless it was the right chick.
