Though size and conscription are both different, this argument doesn't erase the fundamental point that we wouldn't have had to build a new Liberty Ship every two weeks to have avoided some of the boneheaded decisions that this Administration made in performing occupation on the cheap.

I understand your point, but the approach of "look, you've already had your 15 minutes" is the reason that the Administration has backed itself into this political corner.
