If you followed the news, you would understand that W. hasn't given Iraq a democracy. It's just not happening. When you figure this out, you will start blaming the Iraqis, among others, in order to avoid the possibility that W. fucked up. But the more interesting question is, was installing a working democracy in Iraq ever a reasonable possibility? I.e., was W.'s whole scheme the problem, or did he screw up the execution?
