Nice try, but no. Clinton's consistent criminal behaviour caused his lies to be exposed, one of which was his sexual abuse in the workplace of Monica.
Forgetting about everything else, including the image of him begging Paula Jones (woof woof) to "please give it a kiss", just think about the image of the President of the United States forcing a 20 year old girl to give him a blowjob in the Oval Office (without the decency of recriprocation) and then pulling out and jerking off in the sink.
