I do know that people have been worrying about the levees for years, and that Bush was flat-out wrong when he said this morning that no one thought the levees might fail. If that's what he's adding to the relief effort, he should go back to Crawford and clear some more brush.

Also, has the National Guard been up to anything recently? I can't recall. I can't quite figure out what their resources might be devoted to right now.
