I disagree. He is probably the most qualified guy up there for the job. He would hold the Republican vote and outwit the Dimwits in the confirmation hearings (he is smarter than they). If the Dims want to flail at him, go for it, Bush's legacy will be complete.
Thomas would be a juicy scenario to watch unfold, but absolutely assinine on the substantive level.
