Isn't Nagin spinning like a top? The man who failed to call out the buses that could have saved/evacuated thousands profanely criticises Bush, but you can only say "its possible" he fucked up. Not having heard much that Nagin has said, I'm perfectly willing to believe that Nagin is spinning like a top. That wasn't qualified criticism -- I just don't know. But I do not live in Polarized World, and in my world it's possible that Nagin screwed up royally AND that the federal government screwed up as well.
