Because I adhere to my zero-tolerance policy of ignoring images posted by Penske on this board. I just can't afford to encourage him. Think of the children. And because my brief web-searching not too long ago turned up zero stories explaining why all those buses could have been left to sit there, and I got distracted by something else. Still waiting for one of you well-read types to post something about it here. Pointing me to the SF Chronicle didn't help, since I seemed to get a mutant copy from which all such pictures had been mysteriously excised.

My name is Tyrone, not "you people." And I threw it in because it underscores that Nagin is not the only official whose screw-ups may have been material.
