Like most writing in magazines and newspapers, that piece contains a mixture of fact and opinion.
I just explained to an 81-year-old man at the coffee shop what the word "blog" means. I didn't realize the confusion about it was so widespread.

If you had read the article or any other coverage of the UN recently, you would know that there is a real good chance for reform just now, or was until Bolton decided to torpedo it.
