The WSJ had an editorial on this just yesterday - praising Bolton's changes.
One of his deletions pertained to the draining of billions of dollars to be spent on temporary quarters - while they "upgrade" current headquarters on the East Side.
Since I only get the print version - I cant copy online in full. Anyone care to oblige?
