that's under our current Roe-based system. If it went back to the States where it should be, I am fine with each state defining it as the electorate of the State sees fit. If I were a woman I would probably choose to live in a State per the above, but I am not so it is not my most important criteria for residence, although I have a feeling WA would not be too far away from the above construct.
