So my question is, why would one want to repeal the Federal Reserve Act?
In my younger days, when I was a Republican, I went as a delegate to the State Convention. The Platform Steering Committee included a plank calling for the abolition of the Federal Reserve. There was much debate on this, and it was only pulled after someone pointed out that without the FR, money supply would be determined by the then-Democrat-controlled Congress. Now that the Rs have Congress, they'll put it back in?
