That's why you shouldn't vote for that prosecutor when he inevitably runs for the legislature. I say make sex changes for prisoners freely available. Nay, compulsory! Recidivism will plummet when they discover that no number of second offenses will ever purchase the return of a fully functional penis, and they will meekly return to socially productive, traditional female jobs like homemaker, nurse, court reporter, or Lawtalkers admin.
