Once again, consider the possibility that if multiple people who you know not to be pussies are finding your message to be other than what (you claim to) intend, that the fault is in what you say, not in how they/we take it.
Perhaps you are failing to make disclaimers, or the level of vitriol you spout overwhelms any cursory disclaimers you might make.
Or, perhaps, you really do believe that Democrats are stupid, and not worthy of having an intellectual discussion with because, after all, well, Byrd. (Similar to Ann Coulter's view -- why talk to a liberal, unless you really have to?) I haven't met you in person, but frmo your comments here, I think this paragraph more accurately reflects what you really feel, and I regard your claims that "it's only about the party leadership" to be utter bullshit.

If I were thin-skinned, I would have the same feelings about the comments by Slave, Club, etc. Yet I don't. I can have rational discussions with them. I can have vitriolic discussions with them. Yet I've never come to the conclusion that either of them actually holds all Democrats in disgust and disdain. That is exactly the conclusion that I've reached about you.
But I'm sure it's just my fault. And Wonk's. And SS's. Right?
