Not everyone is going to be intelligent. Giving you the benefit of the doubt, out of my love for you, you are at the far right of the bell curve in the intelligence department. You are lucky. An accident of genetics or intelligent design blessed you with those capabilities. Use them wisely and judiciously and not malign those less fortunate in the IQ department.
Proper rearing encompasses a lot of things and is highly subjective. I don't know what you mean.
Calling people who have faith or are more religious than you trash doesn't seem like a comment from an enlightened properly reared intellect. I know I try to rear my kids in a manner so as not to denigrate people because of their beliefs. Maybe your version of proper rearing was different.
I am not sure what rights of yours these trashy people are fucking with. The rights I worry about are when the TKs and Clintons and Bidens of the world start fucking with my property rights, via taxes. Thanks to the NRA I still have my 2nd Amendment rights though to trump those scurrilous bastards, murderers, and wallet rapists.
