Its also foggy and cold in other months. Maybe nine days of year where one can wear a bikini at beach. No hot sultry summer nights. Traffic. Very transient community. Completely insane housing market. Too many patchers who think they are so cool for living here (though kudos for escaping if they can maintain it). No real edge or bite to this town. No clear cut seasons. People with annoying southern cal accents. Express buses have fucked up hours. SPorts are on at weird times. Europe is really fucking far away.

but there is a lot that is grreat about it as well. I particularly enjoy the eucaplytus scent of the Marin air, the lack of humidity, the general lack of umbrella carriers on the sidewalk. Good margaritas. Its alwayws an acceptable time to have a cocktail here. Good dog city.
