Um. No. Especially not the rednecks, who think the Methodists are all going to burn in hell. The issue of openly sexually active gay clergy is a hot, hot issue in the church right now, a fact that in itself belies a redneck lable. (If they were truely redneck, there wouldn't be a debate at all). They already allow celebate gay clergy. They're no Universalists, but that's not bad as the christian spectrum goes.
