I think the people who are put out are the barflies who sit all day in a bar, sipping a beer or whiskey while smoking away. Although I suppose if the faced with the choice of getting another drink at a club
or going outside to have a smoke, instead of getting a drink and smoking at the same time, business might take a hit there too.
But in NYC, isn't a cigarette more expensive than a beer? Who can afford to smoke?
