What I meant by a mixture was that the elites have their own concentration of sport's drink, not including gels, etc. Of course, I could be wrong. FWIW, fyi, for the record, I use gels mixed with unflavored powders. NTTAWWT. I like the taste of the chocolate flavoured gels and like Costanza before me, I bow down to the evil lord of the cocoa bean.
