So it seems like it must be a wireless issue and not an issue with the modem or the cord from the modem to the phoneline. But I will look on that site. They seem helpful.

Customer service is likely unhelpful if you don't provide them the right information until after you hang up.
As for wireless connections, sometimes they drop. Although they should be able to be reestablished without rebooting the wireless modem.
