I like this type in stretch lace. I recently bought a bunch of bikini-type granny panties, and am happy with them.
I pretty much quit with the thongs when I stopped wearing skirts all the time. I think I only have a couple pairs of pants I wear regularly that would show anything underneath in normal wear (if pasted to me by a strong wind, the answer might change, but meh).
