Although very laid back at what other people do, my biggest peeve is when people don't hit 16 against 17 or higher, but sit there and think about it every time. It's not like they have never seen that hand before. I guess another is dealers that give bad advice, or give advice based on a one card game when it is a six card game being played (same issue with cheat cards given away by casinos).
