To shoot or not to shoot.
So now that the Supremes have ruled it's okay for cops to burst in on someone without announcing, so long as they can get a judge to rubberstamp their warrant, will it still be a problem if you defend yourself and your family ?
Spose you've done nothing wrong your whole life. Paid your taxes, drive the speed limit, drink responsibly. You have a couple of guns in the house cuz it's your right. One night Chief Wiggums and his jack booted minions, mistakenly believing your beautiful suburban abode at 123 Lilac Lane to actually be 132 Lilac Lane, a notorious house of illicit flag burners run by some gay marriage activists, burst into your house without knocking or announcing. Believing your home to be invaded, you blast a couple of caps in Wiggums, who succumbs. Are you facing the needle for killing a cop?
