In the sense that Ty spoke, they are all equal. Each Arab is willing to fight until the last Jewish baby is dead, and they are willing to use the last Arab baby to hide the bomb. Every Jew in Israel grows up learning the myth of Masada and vows that they to will fight until they can fight no more, and then kill off the few remaining survivors before they will accept defeat.
