I'm with Gwinky here. I'd always understood the expression to be golf-related.

Now, I supppose that you could be pissed off because the use of unfamiliar sports metaphors can put female co-workers who are unfamiliar with them at a relative disadvantage. But I don't think it's got anything to do with anything sexual.

That's the problem with you broads. Any time we talk about fun stuff, you just assume we're going all tits & ass on you. Is it that time of the month, Honey?
