I don't need a prenup. The key is to actively hide liquid assets now. Guernsey, Isle of Man, Vanuatu et al. During the divorce the plan is I commit malpractice and lose my license so my income stream is fucked. Then I move to Kona, get a couple of parttime jobs (barrista and bike shop seem like good possibilities), train full time and work on turning pro.
When the heat dies down, I start drawing on my hidden cash.
