If it's a left leaning state why is the Governor and 3/5 of the Congressman Rs? They may be moderate/liberal Rs, but they are Rs. The state is not left-leaning as in solid D and my understanding is that there are plenty of Rell and/or Rowland Rs willing to toss Lieberman some campaign cash to keep Lamont out of power. I'll probably send ole Joe $500 or so, as thank you for his many years of principled public service (which is unusual for members of his party).
