Not immediately, but they replacing the current heavy-handed, rugged-individualist, weilder of American might with an administration that is will to engage our alleys as well as other nations with shared interests in the region might help find an actual solution. At the moment the only two choices on the table (stay or go) are both bad.

It isn't a matter of sudden change. It is a matter of lessening the provocation over time, of targeting the hostile individuals and not whole provocations, and improving conditions on the ground.
