I was more interested in pointing out that Sebby was wrong than I was in defending Kos. Like its right-wing counterparts, you can count on finding wingnuts saying stupid, inflammatory things in the comments there. Slave and Penske and others here like to drag some of them out from time to time to make the rest of us look bad. We don't do the same to them with Little Green Footballs and the like because we have too much class, because we find it distasteful to spend time on those sites, because we don't want the page hits to give them advertising revenue, and because Penske flings enough absurd monkey shit around here as it is.
Kos specifically is a website that hosts a massive amount of content. Some of it is worthwhile. Some of it isn't. I have a good friend who is an elected public official who is a part of that community and thinks highly of it. Personally, I rarely go there.
