2) You point to a slight shadow on the Deans upper lip on the RNC web page, which may or may not have been put there intentionally, as a major outrage and something that should be focused on as a major political scandal (this is during a war in Lebanon and when a major terrorist plot has just been thwarted).
3) You can't see that right after the British government has foiled an attempt by a group of Muslims to kill thousands of innocent British citizens, that that may not be the best timing for members of the Muslim community to start complaining about Britain’s conduct in the middle east and saying that if such conduct is not changed there might be dire consequences for British citizens (caused no less by these complainants more zealous brethren).
And people claim that Penske is irrational and makes crazy unsubstantiated statements that no one in their right mind could subscribe to.

I'll just respond to #3. Their point is that British policies in the Middle East are making it more likely that Britain will face plots such as the one just foiled. This seems like a fine time to bring that up, no?
In responding, start with the assumption that the people doing the speaking abhor plots of the sort just foiled and are doing their utmost to make sure we avoid such things in the future.
As to #1, if you think DHS is a well-run agency, mazeltov. You may be the only one.
On #2, I don't recall saying it was a major issue. I posted a link to photos, which speak for themselves. You and Slave are getting awfully exercised, though.
