I think (and I haven't read JU or any other fansites all day, because I was golfing (badly)) that George could win HOH and Janelle would also be safe, but that's not going to happen. I think Janelle is screwed -- a victim of her own success.
I also think you're wrong about the phrase -- I think it's the "What you sew, so shall you reap", or something like that.
