1) Hezbollah, rather than getting out, strengthening their position by paying off families in Southern Lebanon?

2) Iran, possibly gearing up for their August 22d surprise, smashing all the satellite dishes in the country and cutting off its people from the outside world?

3) "Dear Leader" about to formally announce to the world that its a nuclear power?
or
4) Some Carter [him again?] appointee improperly granting standing to the ACLU et al and putting us all at risk?
